Backthreading: I am happy to thread for forever. That said, if said thread is going to affect things in a newer one, I may ask for a bit of clarification to determine what will happen beforehand.
Threadjacking: Generally speaking? I don't mind so long as your character isn't interrupting mine during a Super Important Moment with something inappropriate for the situation. When in doubt, just ask!

savetheearth? No, please. Elsewhere? Sure!
Flirting: Go right ahead. He will probably flirt right back.
Hugging/other friendly contact: By all means, go for it. Mitchell is pretty open with his affections with his friends anyway.
Kissing: He's not quite as open about this as the hugging, but he won't do anything weird if someone kisses him out of the blue (or not... so out of the blue). Mitchell might just be a bit surprised, depending on who is doing the kissing.
Beyond kissing: This is a thing that can happen given the right set-up (or, you know, meme), but please approach this subject with caution! Mitchell has... a really bad tendency to, uh, kill people he sleeps with. In StE, this isn't a problem--but only until more of his vampire instincts kick in.
Fighting, injuring, killing, and other violence: Generally speaking, I'd prefer to talk about any fighting, injury, or general violence beforehand. Mitchell is pretty hard to kill given his status as a vampire, but even so, I'd like to give my okay on the matter on a case to case basis. That said, if whatever you have planned is going to end up with nothing more than a few bruises, go for it.
Pranking: Sure! He might not enjoy it, but feel free to give it a whirl.
Mind-reading/telepathy/empathy/etc.: Ask before you start digging in there. Mitchell has a lot of secrets and guards them veeeeeery closely. That said, I'm more likely to say yes than no and help out with what to pick out of his head.
Supernatural sensing of species/soul-reading/etc., as well as magical abilities: Long story short, Mitchell is a vampire and gets all of the perks of being one. As for StE, he is slowly becoming one, and his progression can be tracked over here.
Could this character theoretically tame a unicorn?: Ahahahah, nope.
